Physical Activity for MentalHealth- http://uk.groups.yahoo.com/group/PhysicalActivityforMentalHealth A list for the posting of articles, news and resources relating to the association between physical activity and mental health. Mental health in this respect encompasses both a) psychological wellbeing and, b) treatment for psychological or psychiatric disorder.
